New Business & Policy Owner Services (Medan)(Code: M-POSNB)
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • Prescreening underwriting activities of individual life insurance products to ensure the effective functionality and high integrity of the operation.
  • Develop and practice selection of risks in order to protect the company’s benefit and increase the profit on mortality.
  • Respond to requests from Agency or policyholders regarding policy inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • 1-2 years experience in the same area
  • Good knowledge in Unit link Product (unit link insurance)
  • Highly orientation to details
  • Independent
  • Result oriented
  • Good Team work
  • Able to operates the office support computing programs (MS Excel, Office and Outlook)

Cashier (Medan) (Code: M-CAS)
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive money, done cash count to verify amounts and issues receipts for funds received from agency or policyholder.
  • Compares totals on cash register with amount of currency in register to verify balances.
  • Endorses checks and lists and totals cash and checks for bank deposit.
  • Posts data and balances accounts.
  • Compiles collection and bank-reconciliation reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Educational background accounting/ management
  • 1-2 years experience in the same area
  • Experience in banking/ insurance would be a plus
  • Highly orientation to details
  • Independent
  • Result oriented
  • Able to operates the office support computing programs (MS Excel, Office and Outlook)

Receptionist & General Service (Medan) (Code: M-RGS)
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling walk in and call in customer
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • General administrative and clerical support including prepare letters and documents
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Ensuring the receptions area in proper standard

Requirements:

  • Female max 26 years old
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • 1 year experience in the same area
  • Good Communication skills (English skills is a must)
  • Well groomed
  • Possess a positive self image

Trainer (Medan) (Code: M-TRN)
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in designing and delivering of a variety of training courses for individual life insurance products including supporting activities related to training and development
  • Providing an excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
  • As a company representative, the incumbent will be needed to provide some information search and research skills, analytical and creative problem solving skills, questioning and feedback skills, customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and initiatives.
  • Helping agent to attend the AAJI test in order to get the agent license

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Good level of IT literacy (excel, word and especially power point)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must.
  • 3 – 5 years experience in life insurance
  • Excellent in unit Link Product knowledge
  • Able to set up material and training sylabus

Customer Care (Medan) (Code:M-CUST)
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)

Responsibilities:

  • Capable to handling customer visit or by phone, internal & external
  • Capable to giving the solution of client’s problem
  • Capable to coordinate with related internal and external department, ex: Claim, UW, Finance, Actuary, EBS, Broker
  • Capable to investigation the problem with related team
  • Prepare daily/weekly incoming call, email
  • Having product knowledge of Individual Insurance & Unit Link

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • 1-2 years experience in the same area
  • Good communication skills (English is preferred)
  • Good in MS Office operation (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
