Account Manager (Indonesia)

The regional Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with our major advertising clients and agencies to develop digital solutions that build our clients’ businesses and brands. We are in a unique and exciting position to shape how marketing and business is conducted in the digital age. We generate revenue from across Google’s broad range of solutions, from Google AdWords, to YouTube, to Mobile, that help our customers connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences and get the most out of the web.

The role: Account Manager (Indonesia)

  • Reach for new revenue-generating heights as a Sales Googler. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google’s latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the booking, upselling and management of your direct clients.
  • Report on sales figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ROI.
  • Manage ongoing customer training in all Google advertising solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

Agency Relationship Manager (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize Google within the advertising agency community.
  • Solidify relationships and drive revenue growth with targeted agencies.
  • Help agencies grow their client base and drive revenue growth with customers in a relevant industry.
  • Devise partnership-building strategies with the Agency Head.
  • Develop best practices, training and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience with strong media sales and business-development.
  • Online sales experience
  • Substantial experience in online advertising sales/marketing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up environment
  • Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

Head of Agency Relations (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize Google within the advertising agency community.
  • Solidify executive relationships and drive revenue growth with targeted agencies.
  • Devise partnership-building strategies.
  • Develop best practices and benchmarking initiatives to optimize agency relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant work experience).
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Business development and client servicing experience in the local market.
  • Established relationships and presence within the agency marketplace.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Online experience. Substantial experience in advertising sales/marketing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Google: Online Campaign Manager, Travel/Finance
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimise ad campaigns
  • Control editorial quality and consult with Clients on campaigns
  • Leverage your deep understanding of clients’ websites and products to develop creative content for their text ads
  • Encourage advertisers to incorporate Google’s variety of ROI-oriented ad strategies
  • Provide customer training and orientation on Google products such as Google Analytics

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in the technology and finance sectors.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent writing/editing and verball communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ability to complete large volumes of work quickly.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.
