1. HR MANAGER (code: HRM)

Bellow are the qualifications:

  • Capable in defining, managing, and controlling the implementation of HRD programs, in accordance with the company’s HRD policies.
  • Possesses experiences in implementing and coordinating job analysis, job evaluation and grading process
  • Able to develop, implement and coordinate career planning and succession planning programs for the employees
  • Capable in providing coaching and counseling to employees to create a harmonious working climate
  • Able to manage recruitment, performance management, people and learning development, employee and industrial relation, policy and composition and benefit activities.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English and computer literacy are necessary
  • Male with at least 4 years of experience in related position of banking Industry

2. EAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT WORKING UNIT (code: IAWU)

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and perform internal audit functions
  • Conduct risk assessment and planning and execution audit activities
  • Review adequacy of internal control and ensure that internal control implemented and operating effectively and efficiently
  • Providing advisory assistance to the management and accountable for making practical and value added recommendation
  • Make annual audit plan.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female
  • Graduate from major universiity in Economy / Accounting with minimum GPA 2.80
  • Have ability to work in pressure and independency with at least 3 Years experience in banking
  • Good command in English and computer literacy are necessary
