Bussiness Solution Analyst
(Jakarta Raya – cilandak)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the development of quality logistics proposals for potential clients by agreeing the scope and timing of the proposal with the Business Development Manager and in line with CKB corporate strategy
  • To assist the feasibility analysis for corporate new infrastructure investment and business strategy
  • To work with HSEIE Department in developing detail operating and safety plan in accordance with the solution proposed to customer within committed lead time
  • To develop financial calculation models in every solution that are involving investment
  • To support sales in generating tender proposal including to provide preliminary risk management assessment in aspect of financial assurance
  • To comply with agreed Tactical Plan, Budget and Balance Score Card and to achieve the target performance
  • As the key resources for the organization in relation to data mining, growth and profitability analysis.
  • To develop a variety of database which include for certain specific technical and relevant market/industries to support the growth strategy
  • Develop Customer Relationship Management program
  • Ensure consistent documentation of all project development and solution proposals
  • Stay abreast of logistics market and development in Indonesia and South East Asia to plan for the future.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Analytical Thinking.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or equivalent.

Key Account Executive (Jakarta Raya – Cilandak)

Responsibilities:

  • To handle customer’s inquiry from third party customers.
  • To make contact and develop good rapport with customers.
  • To maintain record of customers activity and follow up in resolving customer problems with other department.
  • To exercise good judgment in the administration of optional pricing programs, including validation process before invoicing.
  • To execute sales tactis in order to generate additional revenues and improving sales productivity for his/her workgroup.
  • To build and promote good working environment with his/her sales workgroup.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or Supervisor/Team Lead.

AP Leader (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all valid approved invoice from vendor has been inputted in SAP in an effecyive manner in line with company policy and procedure.
  • Check and verivy (purchase order) invoice in accordance with company standard procedures (VAT and withholding Tax).
  • Record and maintain all approved damage and missing shipments claim from customer and allocate it to cost or deduct from vendor’s account.
  • Monitoring all debt balance in accounts payable and ensure that the balance was cleared/ posted as soon as possible.
  • Monitoring ZCKBein report data which was inputted by CAO dept and ensure that invoice has sent to finance & posted in timely basis.
  • Assist on preparing adjustment entries to general ledger account/ specific payable accounts.
  • Update & input daily accounting currency rate & weekly tax currently Rate in FAST.
  • Assist accounting supervisor to maintain and review GL (full set of account) by ensuring data was inputted properly.
  • Assists on preparing adjusment entries to General Ledger Account.
  • Mantain fixed assets application module for addition & disposal of fixed assets, FA depreciation calculatoon and its reconciliation to general ledger.
  • Posting supplier invoice (PO) include invoice that been process at GA (procurement) after received approved Payment authorization document from end user dept manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Ms Office, SAP, Lotus Notes.
  • Brevet A&B certified
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.

Management Accountant (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • To produce timely and reliable management information reports on a monthly basis.
  • To ensure all cost and expenses have recorded in proper account.
  • To investigate variances against budget and provide analysis of differences.
  • Assist Accounting Supervisor in assessing feasibility of capital investment proposal.
  • Pro-actively give input to Accounting Supervisor the way to reduce cost or expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Dealing with internal and external auditor and responsible for preparation of financial data required.
  • Project based assignment, which is assigned by Accounting Supervisor or Finance Controller to specific problem or section.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Finance Analysis, Accounting, Analytical Skill, Communication Skill, and Leadership.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in SOP and Bussiness Process
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
