Drafter
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • As a drafter for project, you will handle all drawing and keep coordination with the Project Manager in that matter
  • Capable in using AutoCad to produce detail drawings
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawing and structural specification

Requirements:

  • Well versed with AutoCAD is compulsory (2D & 3D)
  • Candidate must possess at least min SMK / Diploma degree / Bachelor degree in IT / Technical
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Independent, strong self-motivation and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline with minimum supervision
  • Able to communicate with all level of people is advantage.

Receptionist (Administration Assistant)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: mailing and filing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (in Both English and Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Energetic & service oriented person

Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential documents and maintain efficient filing/archive system
  • Supporting Technical Division Employee in organizing and maintaining, administration functions and secretarial services, including, but not limited to, training preparation, attendance record/time sheet controlling, Invoicing, payment voucher, medical claim, business travel arrangements (airline, transportation and hotel reservations, as well as visa applications) coordination with internal or external if needed
  • Provide administration support as directed by Technical Division Head

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma degree (D3)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good communication skills / Able to communicate with all level of people

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • To help Engineer in providing general technical information, technical specification etc
  • To provide Additional information about products availability, price inquiries and customer order status based on system
  • To help in preparing accurate implementation task lists / time estimates and deliver assignments adhering to functional specifications, quality standards and project schedules
  • To Help Engineer to provide post-implementation maintenance and support.
  • Prepare and maintain updated documentations

Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science/engineering/Industrial Automationor other related major
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Self motivated and quick learner
  • Good communication skills

Workshop Calibration Staff

Requirements:

Procurement Leader (PL)

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase activities for all office needs and monitor the arrival of the goods have been ordered
  • Finding and ensuring availability of appropriate vendors to meet the needs of enterprises for goods and services
  • Conducting negotiations with vendors to obtain goods and services
  • Conducting the process of importation & Exportation of goods
  • Familiar and have experience with Import- export Regulation
  • Have experience in same position from logistic company will be advantage
  • Optimizing purchasing of goods and services within defined spend categories to meet the needs of internal customers, in compliance with the purchasing/sourcing process and company procedures.
  • Support the administrative task of procurement process from the purchase request to the receiving of goods and services
  • Support Finance Controller to run procurement process
  • .Save cost, ensure the optimal choices of suppliers and amount.
  • .To optimize of procurement coverage in all business related matters
  • .Improve quality and internal control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management
  • Having Min. 3 years experiences in similar position
  • Independent, strong self-motivation and be able to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Have a basic knowledge in Export – import procedures
  • Having experience in relevant NMP/ oracleskill is preferable
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Possessing high self-confidence, strong interpersonal/communication skill and teamwork
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline with minimum supervision
