PERUMNAS is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the form of Public Corporation (Perum) where the whole is owned by the Government. PERUMNAS was established as a solution to the government in providing adequate housing for the lower middle. The company was established under Government Regulation No. 29 of 1974, amended by Government Regulation No. 12 of 1988, and perfected by Government Regulation No. 15 of 2004 dated May 10, 2004. Since its founding in 1974, Perumnas always look and act as a pioneer in the provision of housing and settlements as lower-middle income community.

Requirements
- Hold min D3 from PTN/PTS with accredited A and min GPA 2.8 majoring in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Information Engineering, Management, Accounting, Taxation.
- Preferably experienced
- Max age 23 years old in 1 December 2012
- Energetic, ambitious and hard workers
- Willing to be placed in all Perumnas’s area
