MECHANICAL ENGINEER
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering from UI, ITB, Brawijaya, ITS, Undip or reputable University
- Min IPK 3,0 (scale 4)
- Experienced Min. 4-8 years
- Good computer skill
- Smart worker and be able to work under pressure
- Good communication skill
- Thorough, loyal and high initiative
- Willing to be started as contract employee
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
General Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Electrical Engineer
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Good in computer skill
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Posses a strong organizing, planning, communication, and analytical thinking
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure
Special Requirement :
- Hands on experience for 5-10 years in engineering and or construction Company
- Having project experience in :
- o Refinery, Chemical plant
- o Power plant
- o Cement, pulp & paper
- o Other industrial project
- Excellent knowledge of :
- o Power system & protection
- o Electrical equipment : Travo, MCC, SWGR, UPS, etc
- o Installation design, lighting, grounding, communication, etc
Senior Process Engineer
Technical Requirement:
- Must possess bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 8 years of design Oil and Gas, Refinery, Chemical Petrochemical, or EPC Company.
- Should possess strong technical / engineering skills in a multi-discipline arena
- Should possess hands on experience in handling software (Hysis, Pro II, or Similar)
- Should be familiar with international codes and standards applicable in Oil and Gas, Refinery, Chemical Petrochemical
- Familiar with PID and P&ID, HAZOP, HAZID
- Have experience as Lead Engineer
- Have experience as Commissioning Engineer
- Should have enough supervisory skill to manage a team
- Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Should be a fast learner and a team worker
Other Requirement:
- Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

Sr Electrical Engineer
General Requirement :

Construction Manager
General:
- Bachelors Degree of Engineering for each discipline (Civil, Transportation, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrument).
- 10 years’ experience of construction and support operations in Oil and Gas company (especially in Offshore Project) in a similar job position.
- Strong leadership skills.
Specialties and Responsibilities:
- Able to make overall construction planning such as develop construcion organization, fulfill personel, mobilize resources (manpower, tools and equipment), etc.
- Able to review and comment Project Master Schedule
- Able to prepare construction work package and select the best subcontractor to do all work packages.
- Able to prepare construction budget and cashflow
- Able to directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and meet quality.
- Able to monitor and control performance of subcontractors.
- Able to prepare construction method related to each discipline
