Loker Indonesia Coal Resources Antam – PT Indonesia Coal Resources is subsidiary of Antam: PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (persero), established in 2009 in Jakarta Selatan. Antam owns 99.98% of its share and the remaining 0.02% owned by PT Antam Resourcindo, another Antam’s subsidiary. The coal mining and trading company was established to support Antam’s plan to build a coal fired power plant to partly supply the electricity of Antam’s ferrronickel facilities.

Assistant Manager Risk & Legal Compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an in-house review and advisory capability regarding legal issues for Indonesia assets and projects, including analysis and recommendation related to legality.
  • Responsible for legal drafting and to perform preliminary Legal Due Diligence (LDD) or other research required.
  • Draft and review documents for licensing, commercial transactions, and other relevant legal documentation.
  • Administer company legal files, monitoring all deadlines and obligations.
  • Advise where non-compliance occurs or is likely to occur.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Having minimum of 4 year experience in mining business or working experience in a law firm
  • Having solid knowledge in Indonesian legal, specificaly mining and business law
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient on all standard Microsoft programs.
  • Good in English both oral & written and have an excellent communications skills (able to communicate throughout all levels).
  • Trustworthy, persuasive, organized, proactive, punctual, responsible and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all daily tasks of Finance and Accounting.
  • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing of the consolidated accounts.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget preparation, review and monitor.
  • Forecast cash flow positions and related fund needs.
  • Provide financial analysis.
  • Responds to inquiries from the CFO, BOD, and Holding Company regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years experiences in mining business or working experience in a audit accountant firm.
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient on all standard Microsoft programs.
  • Good in English both oral & written and have an excellent communications skills (able to communicate throughout all levels).

Assistant Manager Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trading and marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze trading and marketing activity against goals.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and new project development.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
  • Estabilish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 32 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Others or equivalent.
  • Having minimum of 4 year experience in similar business.
  • Experience in writing, reviewing & managing coal sales contracts and basic understanding of shipping contract.
  • Having knowledge and experience in the basic coal loading operations.
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient on all standard Microsoft programs.
  • Good in English both oral & written and have an excellent communications skills (able to communicate throughout all levels).

Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Responsibilities:

  • Have ability to develop systems and procedures
  • Perform financial, operational, system and process audits and prepare audit reports.
  • Review, analyze and assess existing procedures, processes and internal controls and provide reports on its effectiveness and efficiency and make recommendations for corrections and improvements.
  • Compile and monitor “Action Items Follow Up Status Report” of completed audits.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 32 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Others or equivalent.
  • Having minimum of 4 year experience in similar business.
  • Preferable having CA/CPA.
  • Good computer knowledge, proficient on all standard Microsoft programs.
  • Good in English both oral & written and have an excellent communications skills (able to communicate throughout all levels).

Superintendent Operation & Shipping

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, update and ensure smooth cargo operations.
  • Manage and controll shipping documentation and correspondance.
  • Handle the full spectrum of post fixtures operations including coordinating with insurers, suppliers, surveyors and agents to ensure shipment requirements are met.
  • Conduct projection of barge loading & vessel laycans.
  • Responsible for laytime, hire and freight calculations.
  • Monitor lineup and cargo activities from stockpile to jetty.
  • Responsible for monitoring and updating of all incoming funds and outgoing payments relating to the shipments with Finance & Accounting Dept.
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors and ensure effective control and management of operation costs.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female, Minimum age 30 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Others or equivalent.
  • Having minimum of 4 year experience in similar business.
