Management Trainee (Human Resources)

Responsibilities:
- Develop annual total Manpower strategy for Production and Office area
- Manpower planning operation & maintaining its indicator to lead recruitment operation
- Analyzing manpower impact to labor cost
- Involve in Productivity improvement.
With those responsibilities you will be coordinating with Plant function, Production control and Top management.
Requirements:
- UNIVERSITY Graduatemajoring Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
- Preferably maximum age is 27 years old
- Fresh Graduate or having 1 –2 year experience in the same field will be advantages
- Good in Logical Number and Computer Literature (Excel spread Sheet & Database program related)
- Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
- High initiative with good analysis and teamwork
- Fluent in English both oral & written
