- Male, max 25 years
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical/Electro/Industrial/Chemistry/Civil Engineering
- Fresh Graduates
- GPA min 3.00 out of scale 1-4
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
