1. Continuous Improvement System Manager

Job Accountabilities :

  • Provide support for process improvement projects and deliver formal training on the strategy. Stimulate process management thinking by challenging conventional wisdom through the demonstration of the methodology application.

Job Requirement :

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of five to eight years of related business experience with progressively responsible work including three years of manager position.
  • Completion off all Black Belt Course is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, ability to coach, train, facilitate, supervise and lead team effectively; lead/produce in unstructured work environment.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills; strong project management & leadership skills; PC skills (Minitab & MS Office is a must).
  • Demonstrated ability to applying of Lean methods that range from simple KAIZEN or Quick Change even lasting a couple days to major throughput improvement projects spanning several months.
  • Demonstrated Six Sigma methodology and tools (DMAIC / DFSS)
  • Strong analytical skills & understand statistical method as well.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.

2. Business Team Manager

Job Accountabilities :

  • According to business plan, allocate the resources and duties, organize, implement, monitor and adjust the production activities to conduct production tasks in quality and quantity, including direction to guide the production activities through all key coordinators.

Job Requirement :

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree with Electrical Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in tire industry
  • Previous experience in Japanese company will be preferable
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing systems, specifications, machines basic operations
  • Good understanding in Kaizen, QCC and Six Sigma
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, high initiative and creative
  • Sharp analytical skill
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • High commitment in safety and quality
